Fusion TD: Titans ("the app") is developed by Stremel Labs. We respect your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles your data. In short, we collect no personal data ourselves. Some features run on Apple's and Google's platform services; what those process is described below.
Stremel Labs collects no personal data: no name, no email address, no advertising identifier, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We run no servers of our own. Everything the app transmits goes solely to Apple's or Google's platform services, described in the sections below.
On iOS the app uses Game Center (leaderboards), iCloud (to sync your game progress across your devices), and the App Store (for in-app purchases). These features are provided by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive any personal information through them.
On Android the app uses Google Play Games Services and Google Play Billing. If you sign in to Play Games, Google processes your player ID and player name, your leaderboard scores, and the game progress you save to the cloud; the SDK also sends technical stability data to Google. Signing in is optional: the game is fully playable without it, you simply get no leaderboards and no cloud save. Purchases are handled by Google Play; we only see whether a purchase exists and receive no payment details. All transmissions are encrypted (HTTPS). Google's Privacy Policy applies.
Your game progress, settings, and purchases are stored on your device. If you use the feature, they are additionally backed up to your personal iCloud account (iOS) or via Play Games Saved Games (Android) so they survive a reinstall. None of it is transmitted to us.
Version 1.1 for iPhone and iPad offered an optional in-app vote on which tower gets the next titan fusion. It was removed in version 1.2, and it never existed on Android. For anyone who voted: only the tower you picked was stored in a public Apple CloudKit database, together with a random ID generated on your device and used solely to prevent double votes. It contains no name, no email address and no device identifier, and cannot be linked to you or to your game progress.
We hold no data ourselves: we run no servers and store nothing about you. The only things to delete are what sits on your device and what the platform services hold. On your device that is your game progress, your settings and your unlocked purchases: deleting the app removes all of it, completely and immediately.
At the platform services: on Android, Google processes your player ID and player name, your leaderboard entries and the game progress saved to the cloud. Delete these via Play Games → Settings → "Delete Play Games account and data", or in your Google Account. On iOS, delete Game Center entries via the Game Center settings and the cloud save via iCloud → "Manage Storage".
What is retained: nothing by us, neither before nor after a deletion. Your purchase receipts stay with Google or Apple for as long as their statutory retention periods run; we have neither access to them nor influence over them.
Requesting deletion: write to support@stremellabs.de. We will reply within 30 days.
The app is not specifically directed at children under 13. It contains no advertising and no tracking, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from any user, including children. Purchases require approval through the App Store or Google Play.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
